Here are some of the things we did this week:
- Made a snowman craft with our Grade 5 buddies (see picture)
- Created a colorful paper chain counting down the days until Christmas vacation (see picture)
- Decorated a Christmas bell and Christmas lights for our hallway bulletin board display (see picture)
- Learned about how Christmas is celebrated in Mexico, Australia, and Netherlands (in addition, we are learning to say “Merry Christmas” in different languages, and learning the flags of each country) We will continue this week, looking at Sweden, Germany, and Brazil)
- It has been a fun-filled week! Still more to come this week. Thank you to parents who provided treats for this week, and to those who plan to bring treats this coming week!
