Mrs.Folkerts Grade 1 Adventures in Primary 

Valentine’s Day is coming up in a couple of weeks. Students are allowed to bring valentines to give to their friends (any treats have to be individually packaged). If you choose to do Valentines, (this is completely optional) please make sure you do one for each child in the class, not just a couple of friends. Thank you. Just a reminder that due to covid, we are unable to have lots of students here early before school. It is very challenging to keep the kids separate in cohorts, especially if it is raining. Students are to come to school between 8:45-9:00am if at all possible. Also, as we are doing hand-to-hand transfer, picking up at 2:55 pm if at all possible!  Thank you.

This past Wednesday we had our Pajama Day to celebrate meeting our school goal of $5000.00 collection for the Salvation Army Drive in December.  Thank you to all who gave for this cause!
