Just a reminder that Wednesday, April 26 is Grandparents Day. Hopefully your child has given out the invitation to their grandparents or in the case of no grandparents available, they can invite an aunt/uncle or other special family adult friend.
Here are some pictures of our Field Trip this past Thursday. We had a great time and were very thankful the weather was cooperative.
This week in Chapel the Guatemala team came to share about their trip over Spring Break. They shared about their experiences, sang some Spanish songs, and shared a special treat with us. It was exciting to talk and hear about their trip. One of the members of the team came to our class to further talk about her experience and answer some questions from the students.
This week is a short week due to the Pro-D-Day on Friday, so I decided to have a review test on Thursday of the high frequency words we have already had before, but are still a challenge for students to spell correctly in their daily writing. Just to let you know that we will have Library this Monday, April 24 instead of Wednesday due to the Grandparent Day Celebration on Wednesday, April 26.
