Just a reminder that we will be going bowling tomorrow afternoon. (Fri., April 22) Students may wear play clothes that are comfortable and suitable for bowling. Hope to see some parent helpers there!
Also, I sent 2 field trip forms home today (Gymnastics, Blue Heron). Please return the signed permission slips as soon as possible!

As our Little Digger and Little Hoopster after school programs continue, we have noticed that many siblings of students involved are also staying at school while waiting for parents to pick them up. We understand that parents often do not want to make multiple trips to the school. However, parents should be aware that after 3:25 there is no supervision available outside on the playground and in any of the other areas of the school. If an accident happens or an incident occurs, staff members may not be available to help. For student safety, we would encourage parents to tell siblings to stay inside the gym along the walls and wait there or in the front foyer until parents arrive. Alternatively, carpooling may be available so siblings do not have to wait at the school. Thank you for your consideration.

We will be having one more fund-raising day for our missions out reach for Guatemala on Wednesday, April 13th. Chilren are invited to bring a toonie for pay to wear casual and order hot lunch. Hot lunch can be ordered on our website under Munchalunch. The dead line for ordering hot lunch is Wednesday, April 6th but I’m sure if you order real soon it is still available.

Just to remind you that we will be going on our field trip this afternoon to the Chillibowl Lanes for our bowling outing this afternoon. Students may wear comfortable play clothes. Also, if possible please send a plastic bag along with your child today so they can carry their PE shoes to the outing. Thank you to the parents who volunteered to help out. We will meet you there!
